How many devices can I use at once?

Up to 5 devices concurrently by default. You can swap devices freely — remove one from the app and immediately install on a new one. Need more? Ping support, we'll raise the limit.

Any speed or traffic caps?

No. Access is fully unlimited on both throughput and volume. Your speed is only limited by the link between your device and the nearest server.

Do you keep logs of my activity?

No. We don't record or store browsing history, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or IP addresses. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I install the app on iPhone/Android?

Open pingius.app on the device — the "Get Pingius" button detects the platform and walks you through.

What if the app won't connect?

1) Restart the app. 2) Check the profile and your activation. 3) Manually pick another server. 4) If nothing works — hit the live chat with a screenshot and the device model.

Can I switch between servers in different countries?

Yes. You can pick any server from the list manually, or leave auto-select on and the app will connect to the lowest-latency one available.
